NECAC provides counseling to persons struggling with finding rental property; needing help on rent payments; homeless and needing a place to live. NECAC provides a variety of financial fitness counseling to help clients. In addition, NECAC offers MHDC’s Housing Stability Eviction Diversion program to help persons with eviction issues.
